Dry Hair?

Hello and wishing all you readers a very Merry Christmas Eve!
I've been MIA-ing for the past 2 months because I've been settling in back home and I've done quite a bit of traveling!

I will however be updating you on where I travelled and the experience (: I went to Paris, Rome and Pompeii this trip for christmas, and I noticed that the cold has made my hair really dry and dull. I found a remedy to help battle dry hair and thought I'd share with you all!

here it goes!

  • Using avocado as a deep treatment!
Avocados are rich in vitamins, minerals and natural oils (Refer to my old post about avocados) hence why they make great treatments for the hair.

Tips:

  1. By using a food processor or blender, mix one ripe avocado and 2 TBSP of extra virgin olive oil and one teaspoon of organic honey.
  2. Apply it to your dry hair (it works better with dry hair as it absorbs faster and more effectively), cover your hair with a shower cap and leave it for 20-30minutes.
  3. Wash with warm water thoroughly and proceed to shampoo your hair.

  • Beer! (Yup you heard it right!)
If you like to consume beer on a weekly basis then this trick would be no problem for you!
Our hair has damage cuticles that makes your hair look dull, dry and pretty flat when it comes to cold weather (specifically during winter time).

Beer contains proteins that would allow it to fill any space between the damaged area.

Grab one bottle/can of beer and pour it on your roots to your ends and let it sit for a minute to two, rinse with cold water, you may shampoo your hair if you wish, but it is not necessary.

Although this trick works by pouring onto your hair, however drinking beer would not do the trick unfortunately!

I hope this helped you! Merry Christmas! I'll see you in 2 days time with a new post!

    Getting Rid Of Acne

    Hi all you beautiful ones!

It's been awhile, but it's finally fall here! Since summer is around the corner, I thought I'd share with you some of my beauty tips to keep my skin at bay for that beautiful summer glow!

    1) SUNSCREEN!

Majority won't know that sunscreen can actually help your skin feel and look younger. Around 90% of wrinkles are caused by sun exposure. Even if you're heading out for a minute or two, it is recommended to wear sunscreen at all times even at home!

UVA and UVB can penetrate through your skin even though you are at home, as long as there are windows, you can be affected.
Try using a sunscreen with at least sf 30 to keep your skin at bay.

    2) Drop them dairy!

Dairy is mainly the reason at why most people would break out, even though if you purchase organic milk, it still contains hormones which can clog your pores and oil glandes which leads to acne!

    3) Exfoliate!

You know those sponges with the harsher surface? yeah, they are your best friend!
Exfoliating your skin once a week can remove any dead skin cells and unclog your pores which helps your skin breathe and rejuvenate. Your pores appear larger when they are filled with junks (dirt, oil...)

    4) DO NOT skip your moisturiser

I've heard quite a few people tell me that they skip moisturisers during summer time, but the fact is you have to use your moisturiser regardless of the season. It is to keep your skin moist and soft like a baby's butt
Most creams and lotions contain key ingredients that can create a protective barrier for the skin.

    5) Use your retinol!

I've been using retinol and my skin have improved drastically. It helps with skin cell turnover and boost your collagen production to keep skin youthful and firm.
Retinol has great anti-inflammatory effect which is good for treating acne and wrinkles!

Well those are my 5 tips for today! I hope you've been enjoying reading my post but don't forget to click on the right tab on the side to find out more about my skincare routine and tons of other beauty secrets!

    Brightening and Tightening Mask

    Hello gorgeous people!

Today I want to blog about a mask that will help tighten and brighten your mask without any expensive ingredients! All you need is ONE ingredient!

    That is EGG WHITES!

Yup, you did not read that wrongly! It is indeed Egg Whites! The secret to youthful skin.

It has been proven that egg white proteins helps maintains the elasticity of the skin and one egg contains around 69 different proteins.

Not only that but it helps with reducing fine lines and give temporary relief to the ones that are deeper in the skin.

    How to use?
Firstly, crack an egg and separate it from the yolk. Beat the whites till they are foamy, then place the egg whites on to the skin and leave for about 15 minutes then rinse with warm water.
You'll feel as if you have baby smooth skin!
    Why use egg whites?
    - They are naturally  high in collagen and vitamin A which is essential for the renewal of tissues on the skin to help treat scars and burns. Many's the case that it helps get rid of problems for example: Rosacea, large pores, acne, rashes and even hyper pigmentation.
What are you waiting for !! Get cracking :)

    Workouts Part 2!

    Hello!

It definitely has been more than a month since the last post, as I was travelling quite frequently and the lack of internet has allowed me to procrastinate and therefore, lead me to being lazy. As of today, I shall post more frequently as I only have 2 days of going to uni (excluding work).

During these 2 months, like I said I've been frequently travelling around the globe and exploring new cultures and cuisines. However, as a person who appreciates healthy eating, I've managed to keep in shape whilst feasting on good food from restaurants and hawker stalls.
I tend to do a series of workout when I'm back in my hotel, that last for about 7-8 mins.

These workouts will strengthen your entire body, leaving you feeling sore even if it's only for 7-8mins. I've complied all the workouts videos that my boyfriend has recorded for me and I've been experimenting with new workouts for home too!

*It shall be recorded very soon!*

    First workout: Boxing!

Boxing helps strengthen the core and it works the entire body, It also help with improving memory because it requires focus and balance.

Boxing 2 sets : 20 left punches, 20 right punches
3 Sets: Upper cut 25 reps.
    2 sets: Hook 10 reps

    Second Workout: Core!

Sit up (with 2.5kg weights- If you don't have them, try using books) 2 Sets- 20 sit ups
Bicycle Kicks (make sure core is engaged) - 2 sets- 20 each leg.

    Third Workout: Legs!

Most trainers uses a glider plate but as I couldn't find any and I'm most certain that my readers would not want to spend money on a glider plate as it's pretty expensive to be honest, So i've used a towel!

Use a towel and play on the ball on your feet, then follow as shown above! To create more friction, wet the towel just a slight bit & YOU CAN CLEAN YOUR FLOOR TOO!!! WIN WIN SITUATION!

DO this work out for a continuous 1min, rest 30 secs, 1 min (x2)

    Fourth Workout: Arms!

For beginners, place your knees on the ground and lift your legs. Only your knees should touch the ground and position yourself according. If your abs are not hurting, then lower your butt a little more. Your abs and core should feel the most sore after it.

Beginner push ups (increase reps everyday)- Start off with 5, then 10, 15, 20.
Advanced push ups- 30 push ups, 30 sec rest, 10 push ups more.

I hope this post will help some of you to incorporate more workouts in your daily life! AS shown above, you don't even need to get out from the comfort of your own home! I have more workouts videos for home and for outside as well! More to come :)

To those starting this training and leading a healthy life, do not give up! You can make a difference and in time, it's going to be worth it!

I hope to write to you all very soon!

    Adventure: Climbing The Story Bridge.

    Hello all you avid readers!

Thank you for checking in. Today's post is all about the little adventure that I had recently, and that is climbing the story bridge. In Brisbane, we have an 80M high bridge that connects over the river and you can see the amazing skyscrapers.

The reason that I am writing about this post because I actually was able to climb the bridge and not felt like I was about to faint. Thanks to the leaders who took us all 12 participants up, we were able to see the beautiful sunset and the beautiful skyscrapers. This story bridge is an icon to Brisbane and a definite must see if you're travelling to Brisbane. The best view is at Kangaroo's Point where you can take a city cat or a bus that takes you straight there.

This is all how it begins: (This is a review of my experience)

Firstly, as my boyfriend and I walked in, we were greeted by a very friendly atmosphere and staff. One of the staff checked us in and made sure that we are all equipped ( closed in shoes, and clothes that were easy to move in). Afterwards, we were asked to sign the agreement form. I had a thorough read through because I like a little read before signing any papers.

When everyone arrived, we proceeded to wearing an overall suit and had our safety belt on with a hook attached to it to hook onto the metal rail on the way up to the bridge. We were inducted with the safety actions and rules, then proceeded to go up the tunnel where it leads to the bridge.

It was terrifying at first when you could literally see everything that is going below your feet and you are approximately 60M high on the lower level before reaching the peak. Jen who was our tour guide spoke to us via an intercom whilst climbing the bridge notifying us when the steps get a little more steep. Jen was very professional and she took really good care of us, together with her was Maddie who helped take photos and ensure that we are all emotionally well.

I personally had a very good experience, although it was very scary as we climbed up. However, once we have reached the top, the satisfaction is beyond measure. I was able to view Brisbane in a 360Degrees angle, as the sunset peeks right through the skyscraper leaving a eerie twilight moment that reflects off skyscrapers windows. I felt in awe with the sky and how the sun slowly set and finally disappearing to the silver lining.

We climbed to the peak to take some photos, although we were not able to take our phones or digital cameras, our guides helped take the photos and we got them transferred onto a USB drive for $35.

The view from the story bridge at the peak, this was indeed beautiful and I think everyone should give this adventure a little go. It was breathtaking and something out of my comfort zone which taught me how to adapt to new environment. I faced my fear and I was very proud that I was able to overcome my fear and climb the entire bridge.

The bridge is around 80M high and the steps that we took to climb up at 1,138. It took us roughly around an hour and half to go up and climb back down as we were stopped at some point to take photos and also to learn about the history of each and every building. It was an amazing experience and I think that everyone should try climbing the bridge, I guarantee it will be fun and memorable.

My experience in a less thorough way was absolutely amazing. I had so much fun and I felt very comfortable with the tour guides and also dealing with heights. The view is amazing once you reach the top because you are able to see the scenery, the best timing to climb the bridge is at 4:00pm which is the last session for most weekdays.

    Escape Hunt Brisbane

    Hello all you beautiful people!

This may come off as a little bit of a rant but I absolutely loved what I did during my birthday.
If you may not have known, last Sunday was my birthday and I got to spend the first half of my day with some amazing people and I thought I would share with you what I did for the first half of the day.

We went to Escape Hunt Brisbane. They have successfully opened around the world, so do google check if your country has this game. It was mysterious and exciting to go in and have some mystery solved.

The atmosphere in different countries will give a different vibe, but this was my experience so I thought i would share with you all, so just in case you're trying to find something to do this could be on the top of your list.

When you walk in, you walked in pretending your a detective. I walked in and was greeted by a lovely lady, we were sat down to unlock all the locks as a practice. So basically you are meant to open all the locks in a specific room (you do get to choose what type of difficulty you would like to do), find hints and open secret passages to unravel the secrets of a murder.

We choose barber shop 1, which was under the easy difficulty selection but IT WAS NOT easy, there were math involved but that was really fun and interesting to watch as my friends were trying to crack the code. After multiple attempts of calculations and throwing things in the air trying to find hints, we were able to open another secret door. It was pretty interesting to see how we could find things in the finest places.

Basically, the Escape Hunt will give you an hour to solve the mystery and escape the room however, you are not able to have any support such as internet or phone for calculations. You are meant to find all the clues around such as posters, ribbons, pad locks, behind mirrors and cupboards trying to solve a murder.
You are able to beep for help and ask for clues.

If you're planning to celebrate your birthday in a more unique way, do check out Escape Hunt (Not in brisbane, but in your country).

    For readers in Brisbane;

    - They are located at 77 Russell Street, West End.
    - If you're driving, there are parking available. If you're taking the bus, you could take the bus from King George Bus Station, the 199 or 196 which stops around the corner. If you're taking the train, the nearest train station is South Brisbane on the Gold Coast, Beenleigh and Cleveland Lines.

    Opening Hours:

    - Open from 9:45AM to 10PM ( Monday- Saturday)
    - Open from 9:45AM to 8:30PM (Sunday)

Why Do I Always Feel Tired?

    Hello all you beautiful readers!
Due to circumstances, I wasn't able to upload a new blog post but no worries! I am back.

In Brisbane, it has been raining for at least 30 hours and it has finally stopped. But on most days, even when it is not raining we will feel tired and sleep deprived. Here are a couple of tips and food that you must incorporate to your daily life to be able to get through the day!

    Iron

Iron will help you both men and women feel more energised. Iron boost your energy level and also deliver oxygen to the cells.

    Some great sources of Iron:
    - Beans
    -Lentils
    -Spinach
    -Sesame seeds.

Quick tip; Eat them with Vitamin C and you'll be able to absorb more iron into your body.

    Skip Caffeine/ Sugar.

Most people think by getting a cup of coffee will boost their energy levels, it may to some people but on the most occasion, caffeine gives you false energy because it is a stimulant.
Same to sugar, it increases your insulin level and a sudden crash just like carbs.

Skipping cafeeine and sugar will really help you stay on top of things. A cup in a day is fine, but I know some people who have at least 5-6 cups per day.

    Your Breakfast.

Most people don't really have breakfast in the morning because they are either in a rush or they just skip it in total. Skipping breakfast is not good for the body because you need food to fuel, by feeding your body with good food, it signals the brain to work therefore making you more alert.

Having breakfast in the morning really sets the body for the day. Do not limit your breakfast to protein or carbs. Breakfast is part of your well balanced diet too, make sure you have all the components.

Have your protein, antioxidants and good fats like nuts and avocados.

    Eat REAL food.

Real food means it has not been processed or even gone through anything but harvesting. Real food includes vegetables and fruits.

Alternatives to chips or crackers, have wholegrain spelt crackers which are better for the digestive system.

Fruits and vegetables give you more energy than temporary energy when you have crackers or anything that has been processed or modified.

    Have Healthy Fats.

Many people misunderstood fats, they think its the toxic fats but in reality its the fat that brings you energy and also strengthen your hair and nails.
Healthy fats gives you energy and you need the fats to absorb the anti-oxidants. Antioxidants are important for the body because it fights free radicals and keep your cells healthy.

I hope this post has helped you!
Keep out for new recipe coming up soon!! It's my birthday on Sunday, So i am taking that day off to explore some good food places and hopefully be able to write some reviews here!!

How To Prep Your Food & Be On Top Of Things.

    Hello loves!
Most of you reading this are either attending university or even attending high school abroad. Wherever you are, you should always have the skills to prep your food before hand.
For myself, as I am studying abroad it becomes rather difficult for me to handle the pressure from you and eating clean, but one thing I found myself doing rather quite a bit would be prepping before hand.

Today I am going to show you some of the tips I like to do in order to stay on top of things!

    Pre-chopping your food.

One thing that my housemate love to do is pre chopping all of her vegetables beforehand and for the week. As we have saturday market's here where the fruits and vegetables are at it's freshest, we tend to buy in bulk. So she would always take at least an hour to prep and chop up all her vegetables and place them into a plastic bag and keep it in the fridge.

Therefore, it'll be easier for you when you are trying to cook for the day.
So pre-chop all your food if you're always in a rush or tend to fall behind schedule if you are busy chopping up vegetables before cooking!

    Containers!

Little containers or even just normal sized containers will be your bestfriend. You know those pre packed goods that you get at the supermarket? Why bother, when you can do it at home? As seen above, after pre chopping your food place all of them into a container with the other ingredients and place them in the fridge. Label the container so you know which dates of the week you're going to cook that specific contents of the container.

    Writing it down

Writing down what meals you are going to have for the week would be a great additional for you to be on top of things. It is so simple:

    Monday- Breakfast (egg sandwich)
Lunch (Quinoa with stir fry vegetables)
                    Snack (Banana
Dinner (Baked Salmon with Greek Yogurt and garden mix) <<< watch out for this recipe soon!

As so forth, this is so simple when you are always wondering what to eat for the day. Sometimes a person spend countless hours in front of the fridge figuring out what to eat.

    Do it the night before:

If you know you are going to have a busy day the next day, then what I like to do is cooking for the next day as well. I tend to cook more than a serving for one if I know I am going to have a busy day. This really saves time, so what I like to do is cook extra vegetables and then place them into a container, half filled with rice and half filled with vegetables. When you want to eat them, just heat them up! Make sure your containers are BPA free!!

I hope this helps at least some of you!! Sorry for not updating my blog recently, I've been spending at least 8 hours at the library trying to smash this assignment out! More interesting post will be uploaded by the end of this week!!

    Love you guys!

    Take care

    Porridge Oats

    Hello loves!

Here is another recipe for the week, Porridge Oats!
I absolutely love having porridge oats as it keeps me full throughout the day without snacking which is great if you're trying to watch your weight.

This recipe is relatively simple so it won't take long.

    Ingredients:
    - A handful of organic oats (If you prefer using steel cut oats, then go ahead and do so, but my local supermarket ran out of their organic steel cut so I went for the rolled oats)

    - Almond Milk (If you're allergic to nuts, you can sub this with rice or soy milk)
    -A dash of cinnamon
-Just a bit of honey (optional)
    -A tsp of Chia Seeds

    Fruits:
-A handful of berries (Strawberries are my absolute fav)
    -1 Banana

Again, if you prefer other fruits go ahead and add them in!

    Step by Step:

Firstly what you're going to do is soak a teaspoon of chia seeds into 1 teaspoon of water in a mug, This activates the chia seeds and you are able to consume it's full benefits. They will turn into a paste almost like jelly.

    * Chia seeds are filled with omega 3, fiber, magnesium, calcium and iron!

Next, find a pot and place a handful of oatmeal into the pot (If you prefer to have more than a handful again, it is totally up to you).

Add almond milk and just water into the pot, to be honest I just eyeball-ed it, I didn't really measure. I personally add water and almond milk together because it really cuts down the calories.

Also just a tip is that if you can still see your oatmeals then it's usually the correct measurement of liquid :)

Once its done, it will look something like porridge. It usually takes about 3-4 minutes for it to fully cook, I added a few banana chunks into the oatmeal and mashed them up to sweeten the oatmeal abit. Oatmeal can be a little bit bland on it's own.

Checked on the chia seeds and they're all plumped and looking like jelly.
Alot of people think this is gross but you won't even taste it once you mix the oatmeal together.

I absolutely love cinnamon, so it's got to be in there somewhere.
A dash of cinnamon would do.

Other options, you could add in is raisins.

Mix them altogether and you're done! Simple and quick breakfast or even for a snack.

Cut your fruits up and placed them nicely & you are done!!

    Saturday Farmers Market Haul.

    Hello all you beautiful readers!

Saturday is the day where my housemates and I tend to bond over grocery shopping. We would leave the house together and purchase one week worth of food. Here is a little clip of what I bought today, but I will be writing what other stuff I bought.

What I got from the farmer's market:

    BROCCOLI

Broccoli is filled with high levels of fiber, vitamin A, K, zinc, iron, phosphate and phytonutrients.

    Reading Food Labels

    Hello all you beautiful readers!

It's almost the weekend and most of you that are living on your own or even with your family are about to do grocery shopping this week, I believe so.
Here is an easy guide for you to take on when doing grocery shopping that will help you lose weight and feel superb when buying your groceries.

As I know most of my friends are living on their own overseas, it does become overwhelming when it comes to grocery shopping, so instead of the quick and easy Mac and Cheese you get, here are some trips for you to create your own healthy nutritional meal.

    Ignoring Calorie Count:

Coming from experience, I believe that everyone should skip the calorie count, as calories are not the same as the amount of vitamin and minerals in a product/food. Calorie count can restrict a body from having enough food and nutrients for its daily supply. One Hundred Calorie from Sugar is not the same as one hundred calorie from broccoli, they both provide different needs to the body. One Hundred Calories of broccoli is way more nutritional than sugar.

Some people are so engrossed in counting their calorie that yes, they do lose weight in the beginning but you gain double the weight when you are back on your normal diet as your body functions regain it's usual functions.

Eat food that are healthy for you and give you energy. As long as you have energy and you feel good, calorie count does not matter.

Can't Pronounce It, Don't Eat It.

A lot of times companies add ingredients into a product to preserve it and some are genetically modified ingredients or even ingredients that are filled with chemicals. A top trick that I learnt from Cassey Ho is that if you can't read it, don't eat it.

When you flip over the package/ product, read the ingredients label, usually the first few ingredients are natural and as you read on you'll realise that there are ingredients you can't even pronounce.

Also try to pick products that are not filled with a bajillion ingredients in them. The less the better.

    FAT FREE/SUGAR FREE?

Many's the time that products produce labels such as "Fat Free", "Sugar Free". However, that is not the case as when it says fat free or sugar free it means an extra dose of chemicals and different weird ingredients that you did not know about.

Usually fat free and sugar free products are what people normally would buy as they think they'd lose weight from that because it does not contain fat or sugar, am I right? However, studies have shown that when people purchase these products, they gain extra weight due to the chemicals and the other ingredients in them.

A Diet Softdrink (Not to be Named) has more sugar than normal can of diet soft drink, Just because it claims it as "Diet" and "Sugar Free" does not mean you should trust it.

Yet again, check the ingredients label always.

    Take care

5 Unhealthy Food That Are Actually Healthy.

    Hello all you avid readers!

I was just walking around my local supermarket earlier this week and realized that people avoid some food because they think are unhealthy or bad for them. Here I would like to clarify 5 top food mistaken for unhealthy food.

    1- AVOCADOS.
Most people recognize avocados as "FATS" so then they would avoid them, however avocados are filled with good fats that provides you energy throughout the day.
    Link to recipe- Click here

Avocados are filled with vitamins and minerals that will keep your belly full longer: Some of the benefits are:

    1) Healthy Fats- The fats in an avocado are monounsaturated fats which is considered to be "good fat", as it lowers bad cholesterol and the risk of heart diseases.

    2) Protein- Believe it or not, avocados are packed with protein, an average sized avocado has around 4 grams of protein, an avocado has more protein than other fruits.

    3) Sugar- The sugar in an avocado is approximately 0.2g which is way less than the other fruits you get in the store.

    4) Dietary Fiber- It has about 11 grams of of fiber which is the recommended dose of fiber you should have daily.

    2- COCONUT OIL

When it comes to oil, I know quite a few people personally that avoid oil because they think it's bad for the health and that they would gain weight from that. However, we should have at least a little bit of oil in our body to keep it functioning.

Coconut oil is one of the healthiest oils option out there in the supermarket, and here is why:

    1) Coconut oil contains (MCFAs) which is Medium Chain Saturated Fatty Acids. It is also known as the healthy form of saturated fat compared to trans fat which you get when you buy a MCD meal. Oil that have been reheated several times turn into trans fat which leads to heart problems and the increase of bad cholesterol.

    2) Cooking- Cooking with coconut oil is the best oil to cook with or even bake with as coconut oil can withstand higher temperatures compared to other oils.

    3) Skin- Coconut oil is very hydrated for the skin, It keeps the connective tissues strong and it keeps the fine lines and wrinkles away! As well as prevents sagging, so apply coconut oil onto your skin when you need a little pick me up! Be sure to use unrefined extra virgin coconut oil.

    4) Metabolism- It increases your metabolism which sheds the extra pounds off and keeping you fit and healthy.

    3- CHOCOLATE

When it comes to chocolate, there are many different interpretive on it. Most people assume chocolate as "oh it's a sweet treat, it must be bad for me", however that is not the case.
Dark chocolate is very good for the body when consumed in moderation.

    1) Cardiovascular Benefits- It has been proven that it improves the heart and with the antioxidants in dark chocolate (find one which is around 70% cocoa) reduced blood pressure.

    2) Filling- Dark Chocolate is more filling than any other type of chocolate.

    3) Cravings- Dark Chocolate satisfy your cravings a lot better and you would crave less sweet, salty and fatty foods.

    4- EGGS

If you've not read my latest blog post about the different type of eggs that you find the supermarket, then click here !

Most people think eggs are unhealthy because they have been exposed to chemicals and pesticides, however if you have given my blog post a little read, you will find out what type of eggs you should consume.

Antioxidants- Eggs are loaded with antioxidants to keep your skin and body gloving.
Diseases- Eggs reduces the risk of heart problems and cancer due to their high content of antioxidants
Blood Pressure- Eggs reduces blood pressure.
Fuller longer- Eggs are a great source of protein that will keep your energy running and will keep your belly fuller longer.

Egg whites are particularly good for you, but egg yolk should be consumed in moderation.

    5- POTATOES

P-o-t-a-t-oooooooo! I personally love potatoes, but I know some people tend to avoid potatoes because they think it's a starch and that they will gain tons of weight from eating potatoes. All potatoes have their individual benefits but sweet potato on the other hand are packed with nutrients and vitamins to keep you feeling full.

    1) Antioxidants- Their orange flesh indiciates that they are high in beta carotene which is Vitamin A. They are so powerful that they help ward off cancer and anti-aging.

    2) Sugar- Sweet potato are slowly releasing carbs which means that their natural sugar will be slowly released into the bloodstream that won't cause a sudden spike of insulin and then a sudden crash like carbs. They are basically complex carbohydrates.

    3) Magnesium- Which helps with relaxation and stress. Magnesium is an important mineral that helps assist healthy artery, blood, bone and nerve functions.

Overall, Sweet potatoes are packed with vitamins and minerals that we need daily. A more detailed post will be coming up with a little recipe alongside! So keep an eye out.

Hope this unpacked a little for all you lovely people! Yet again, be sure to constantly check this page out for more food, health and recipes!

Till next time, Have a lovely Good Friday to all you Easter Celebrators
