WTF Review: Singapore

Recently, I've visited We're The Furballs (WTF) in Singapore. We're the furballs is the first dog petting cafe in Singapore, it has been highly recommended by many others so I decided to pay a visit.

We're The Furballs were previously located at Katong but have recently moved to Bugis.

Upon arrival, you are expected to show your ID to verify your age. As they are pretty occupied, I suggest you give them a call prior to arriving to reserve your spot. Once paid, a staff member would ask you to place all belongs in the shelf provided then he/she would give a proper introduction to each dog in the cafe.

Review:

The cafe was clean and odourless, staff members would clean up any mess that the dogs make almost immediately.

Staff members were polite, well educated and were very friendly. My friends and I had questions in relations to the dogs and all of them were answered.

Cleanliness of the cafe was up to par; there is a sink where you are able to wash your hands before and after petting the dogs along with tissue papers provided.

One down side for me was the size of the cafe. With around 8 dogs, the size of the cafe was a little too small for me. It would have been better if there were gated outdoors where dogs were able to roam freely.

Dogs at the cafe are mostly shy unless treats are present - then in comes the dog tsunami.
It took me almost half an hour to get this little girl to sleep on my lap. Needless to say, she slept for half an hour.

The amount of joy I had when I knew a corgi was present at the cafe.

The cafe had toys for the dogs to play with but almost none of them engage with the toys.
