Ever had the problem of dark circles? well no stress, 9/10 people have dark circles so you're not alone! But no worries, there are remedies to lighten dark circles without splurging on expensive products.
Here I am going to teach you a technique that I have found useful for me in the past to lighten my dark circles. Dark circles falls into two different categories; Lack of Sleep or Genetics. Let's get started!
Green Tea Bags.

Take a green tea bag, make tea with it and put the tea bag into the fridge to cool it down. It is best to keep it in the fridge prior using because heat can irritate the skin and cause it to puff up.
After allowing it to cool down, apply it on your eyes for about 10-15 minutes before.
Do it as frequently as you want to, It will take time to see the difference but if it's consistent; you'll definitely see a huge difference Make sure to change the tea bags after a couple of uses to keep it fresh!
Tip: It's best to use green,black or white tea as it has the most advantage and best to stay away from herbal as it does not benefit your skin.
Benefits of Green Tea.
Whether you're consuming or using green tea as a eye mask, there are tons of benefits. Green tea is jam packed with antioxidants, it can help with indigestion and assist weight loss. Green tea is a powerful antioxidants because it is loaded with polyphenols, it reduces the formation of free radicles in your body, protecting any cells in your body from damage.
Green tea helps with lowering cholesterol especially LDL cholesterol and it assist with maintaining your sugar level and making sure it does not spike up during days where you are craving for sugary food.
Cautions to be taken on board:
Making sure that you do a test patch on your wrist before applying green tea bags on your eyes.
If irritation occurs, stop using immediately and wash your eyes with warm water. If persist, see a doctor.
Puffiness is the first sign of allergy to tea bags.
